‘It is better to debate a question without settling it than to settle a question without debating it’. Joseph Joubert

About the Society

Taking in consideration the importance of debating and eloquence skills in the profession of advocacy & especially because of the initiative taken by students, our college established the Club for Debate & Elocution. This club was inaugurated on 12th January, 2017 at the auspicious hands of Shri Vidyavatsal Sir, on the occasion of Birth Anniversary of great patriotic monk Swami Vivekanandji.

The object behind establishing this society is to provide a common platform to all students of the college for speaking, debating on different subjects. This club intends to provide training to these budding lawyers regarding debating and eloquence skills. This club will deal not only with legal issues but social issues as well. For next academic year, the society has planned to conduct many activities such as arranging lectures of thinkers and orators to train the student and intra collegiate debate competition.
